CANCELLATION POLICY
I totally get that things come up- kids get sick, cars act up, and plans change. That’s why every guest gets one “Get Out of Jail Free” pass for those last-minute curveballs. After that, any appointment canceled within 24 hours (or no-showed) will have 25% of the service total retained to cover the time and setup. I promise it’s never personal — it just helps keep things fair and flowing smoothly for everyone.❤️
